Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and lockdowns, we are making a number of changes to how we do business to ensure you can stay safe and continue to keep your cars on the road.

It’s crucial we do our best to continue serving and supporting our communities, whilst maintaining the need to protect the health and wellbeing of our customers and team members.

VIC

All Victorian stores are temporarily closed for in store shopping. However, you can still shop online 24/7 for home delivery or place an order through our contactless Click & Collect service.
Stores located in regional Victoria remain open for in store shopping and click & collect except for Shepparton & Ballarat. 

SA

All stores are now open. Please remember to wear a face mask and check in on entry to your local store.

ACT

All stores are temporarily closed for in store shopping. However, you can still shop online 24/7 for home delivery or place an order through our contactless Click & Collect service.

NSW

Stores in the Greater Sydney region will be temporarily closed to the public for in store shopping for the duration of restrictions being in place. Stores will continue to operate via our contactless Click & Collect service.
Stores located in regional NSW remain open for in store shopping and click & collect. 

QLD

All stores are now open. Please remember to wear a face mask and check in on entry to your local store.

Online and Click & Collect:

In areas where stores are temporarily closed, our team will continue to serve you online via online delivery orders or contactless Click & Collect service. You can also place a contactless Click & Collect order by calling your local Autobarn store.

During the current pandemic, if a state or region goes into lockdown, this may impact our store's ability to accept Click & Collect returns. Please check with your local store if you have any specific questions.

What We are Doing In Store

  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning in stores
  • Safe Hygiene Practices
  • Maintaining Social Distancing
  • Making all efforts toward contactless product collection practices

Delivery Order Processing Times

We have seen significant growth in the number of online orders - with an increase in customers choosing to receive their orders via our online delivery service.

We are doing our very best to process the large volume of orders being received, with the below being put in place to try and accommodate the number of orders.
  • Moved to a new eCommerce fulfilment hub to reduce eCommerce processing times.
  • Increasing the number of staff processing eCommerce orders and working longer hours - including weekends.

Australia Post Delays

Whilst we are making every effort to get the orders out on time, we rely on Australia Post to perform the actual delivery.

Unfortunately, Australia Post is also affected by this pandemic and as a result, delivery services are experiencing some delays, however, we understand that Australia Post is doing its absolute best to get through the issues and deliver to our shared, valuable customers.
